01How do I choose between liquid-nitrogen and electric cryochambers?

Liquid-nitrogen models respond quickly and offer flexible deployment, making them suitable for projects that prioritize an intense experience and efficient individual sessions. Electric models require no liquid nitrogen and suit venues that value continuous operation, reliable supply and predictable costs. We recommend a model based on visitor traffic, available space, electrical capacity and local supply conditions.

02What is the difference between M1 and N1?

Both are single-person liquid-nitrogen whole-body cryochambers. M1 offers a complete multi-screen interface and a stronger spatial presence for flagship projects. N1 retains the core experience with one fewer 21.5-inch display and a more compact body, suitable for smaller spaces and rapid deployment.

03How do ELEC Pro and ELEC Plus differ?

ELEC Pro is the larger flagship format, typically for 2–3 users, with a base internal size of 1 × 1 m. ELEC Plus is the more compact advanced format, typically for 1–2 users, with a base internal size of 0.9 × 0.9 m. Size extensions are configurations, not additional models. Maximum permitted occupancy and engineering performance require a technical agreement and verified tests.

04What sizes are available in OXYEVIS?

OXYEVIS offers single-person, two-person, four-person and custom project options. Chamber dimensions, colors, materials, interiors and control interfaces can be agreed according to the space available in homes, hotels, clubs or commercial venues.

05Which systems are included in THERMEVIS?

THERMEVIS integrates far-infrared heat, red light, oxygen supply and negative oxygen ions in one chamber. Its portrait display manages temperature, duration, light intensity, oxygen and ambience settings. Single-person, two-person, four-person and custom spatial configurations are available.

06Do users enter the water in the LONFLOAT zero-gravity float chamber?

No. LONFLOAT uses a dry floating structure with water beneath a flexible support surface, so users do not touch the water directly. Heating/cooling modules, water circulation and available controls depend on the actual equipment configuration.

07Can the products be customized?

Yes. Common options include exterior colors, CMF materials, dimensions, interiors, branding, control interfaces, functional modules and complementary spatial features. Nonstandard projects generally require a needs assessment first, with design and prototyping fees based on the work involved.

08How can I obtain an accurate quotation?

Please provide the model, quantity, delivery city, site dimensions, electrical conditions, desired configuration and customization requirements. We issue a formal quotation after confirming the equipment configuration, scope of transport and installation, and services. Final prices are governed by the contract.

09What site information is needed before a project starts?

We generally need floor plans, door and access dimensions, floor level and load capacity, power supply, ventilation and exhaust conditions, equipment placement and transport routes. Liquid-nitrogen projects also require confirmation of local supply and safety management arrangements; electric projects require an advance check of electrical capacity.

10Is overseas delivery available?

Yes. Delivery plans can be developed around the destination, transport method, local electrical conditions, customs documentation and installation scope. Certification, installation and on-site service arrangements vary by country or region and must be confirmed separately before the contract is signed.

11Is training provided after delivery?

Yes. Training generally covers operation, daily checks, cleaning and maintenance, handling abnormal conditions, session procedures, customer reception and basic business guidance. For venue projects, role-specific training materials and service procedures can also be provided for the chosen product combination.

12Do the devices support remote updates and service?

Some connected devices can provide software updates, operating-status support and remote assistance depending on project configuration. Connectivity, remote updates and data functions depend on the specific model, software version and contracted configuration.

13Can I see a demonstration unit or arrange a product demo?

Yes. Submit your project requirements through the website. We will confirm an available demonstration format based on your city, target product and current demonstration units, including a site visit, video demonstration or project discussion.

14Can website content be used as personal health advice?

No. This website describes product structure, configuration, usage environments and project solutions. It does not provide personal health assessments, individual conclusions or guarantees of results. Before use, read the equipment instructions and safety information and consult an appropriately qualified professional about your personal circumstances.

15Why are specifications subject to the contract and technical agreement?

Markets, electrical standards, spatial conditions and customization can affect the final configuration. Website specifications provide an initial overview. The formal scope of delivery is governed by the signed contract, approved design, technical agreement and final acceptance documents.
