LONGEVIS
Privacy policy
This notice explains the LONGEVIS website's inquiry form, necessary technical records and contact channel for personal information.Scope and contact
This notice applies to the LONGEVIS website. For personal-information questions, contact info@longevis.net. The website operator and formal effective date will be added before official launch; this version is a draft prepared for launch.
Information collected through inquiries
Submitting an inquiry requires the product of interest, name, telephone number and confirmation of this policy. You may optionally provide email, company, industry, title, country or region, city, installation country, expected purchasing date and inquiry details. Do not include passwords, identity-document numbers, medical records or other sensitive information in the inquiry.
How inquiry information is used
The information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand project requirements and follow up. Authorized staff can view records, update follow-up status and export inquiries in the website administration system. Browsing public product pages does not require an inquiry.
Necessary technical records and cookies
To prevent duplicate submissions and abnormal requests, the site generates a fingerprint from network-source information for submission rate limiting. Administrator login uses a necessary session cookie and records related security events. The deployed server may also generate access and error logs. The current website code does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in the database of the website's deployment environment. Administrative authentication and permissions restrict access. The final server region, backup arrangements and retention period will be determined during deployment acceptance and described in the formal policy.
Access, correction and deletion
To access, correct or delete your submitted inquiry information, or withdraw your wish to receive further contact, email info@longevis.net and state the contact details used for your submission. Identity verification may be needed before processing; do not send identity documents in your first email.
External links and updates
Email, telephone and third-party links may open another application or website, whose service determines its own processing practices. This notice must be updated when the inquiry form or deployment arrangements change.
